• Printing:

  • Use sublimation ink and sublimation paper.

  • Mirror the design before printing.

  • Ensure correct ICC colour profile for accurate colours.

• Pressing:

  • Use a compatible bottle press or adjustable mug press.

  • Wrap and tape the design firmly to avoid ghosting or shifting.

  • Follow recommended time and temperature settings for aluminium bottles from your press or supplier.

  • Apply even pressure around the full printable area.

• After Pressing:

  • Remove transfer paper while hot, unless your workflow requires a short cool-down.

  • Allow bottle to cool fully before packing or handling extensively.
