To enter is very simple. All you have to do is make a single qualifying purchase of R1,000 or more in store or online and your entry will be automatically submitted on your behalf.
There will be a monthly draw for a cash prize of R5,000 and a jackpot of R30,000 in December 2024.

| 1.4 | Cash Back Carnival 2024 is a monthly cash prize random selection competition. By entering you stand a chance to win a share of a grand total of R60,000 in prizes until 19 December 2024. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. | Definitions In this Agreement | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2.1 | “entry” means making a single purchase at West Rand Sublimation Supplies, whether in-store or online, of R1000 or more, to gain one entry into the monthly draw on around the 15th of every month until the competition ends. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2.2 | “participant” or “you” means the person who make the purchase or the director/owner of the business making the purchase, is at least 18 years old, is a citizen of South Africa. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2.3 | “promoter” means West Rand Sublimation Supplies (Pty) Ltd, or its agencies used to promote this competition. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. | Duration | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3.1 | The competition will run from the 19th day of June 2024 to the 19th of December 2024, and the winners will be notified by no later than the 20th day of each month (for example, if you make a purchase between the 19th of August 2024 and the 15th of September 2024, your entry will be eligible for the September 2024 draw, the winner will be announced by the 20th of September 2024, and so forth). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. | Participation | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4.1 | The competition is conducted by the promoter and its third-party contractors. No one who is a director, employee, or agent of or consultant to us or who is a spouse, life partner, close family member, business partner, or associate to a director, employee, or agent of or consultant to us may take part or enter the competition. This competition is only open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4.2 | You must have a valid South African residential address and provide your full name, South African Identity Number or Permanent Residence Number and South African banking details when claiming a prize. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4.3 | You must have the legal capacity to enter the competition. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4.4 | By entering this competition, you grant us permission to communicate with you regarding the competition via App push notifications, SMS, email and/or telephonically. Entry into this competition is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4.5 | You may opt out of communications from us at any time by using the functionality on communications sent to you or by emailing us at support@sublimationsupplies.co.za with your Name Surname, address and contact number.
Should you opt out of any communications and fail to respond to our communication regarding the rules, winnings or any other communications requiring you to respond timeously to claim your prize, a new winner shall be drawn and you will forfeit your chance in the competition. |

| 5. | How to Enter | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.1 | Entry is free. To enter you must complete a fully paid and qualified purchase, and any other requirements in these rules. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.2 | You may may enter as often as you wish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3 | For an entry to be valid, your purchase must: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3.1 | be paid in full. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3.2 | comply that the payment must reflect in one of our bank accounts, or be successful using your selected payment gateway prior or on the 15th of every competition month. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3.3 | must be made either online or in-store. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3.4 | have a value of R1,000 or more. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.3.5 | not be cancelled or refunded. Should your purchase be cancelled or partially or fully refunded, you will forfeit your prize and will be required to return the prize money to West Rand Sublimation Supplies by no later than 5 working days of the refund or cancellation. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5.4 | We are not liable for any technical failure or delays in payments reflecting that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted for a particular draw. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6. | Consumer Protection Act. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6.1 | Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we need to keep records of all the people used to promote the Promotional Competition. We (or one of our subcontractors or affiliates) will keep this agreement for three years to serve as the record as required by the CPA. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7. | Competition Reward | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7.1 | You can win a share of the following prizes to the value not exceeding a total of R60,000. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 7.3 | Redeeming prizes. We will issue prizes after the announcement of the prize winners within 5 working days and once they have been verified as legitimate entries. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7.4 | The prize shall be paid into your elected and verified bank account by means of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7.5 | The prizes are not transferable, nor can it be ceded to any third party. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7.6 | The prize can be converted to a store credit upon request but cannot be converted back to cash afterwards. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. | Prize Winner Selection and Publicity | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8.1 | Publicity: We may ask winners to take part in publicity connected to this competition. Winners grant permission for us to use their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this competition. You may ask us to remove your name or refuse to take part in any publicity. |

| 8.2 | Selection: Each month’s winner shall be electronically selected by means of a random software selection algorithm and the selection shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into once the winner has been selected and published. |

| 9. | Dispute Resolution: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9.1 | Arbitration: If there is any dispute, the parties must refer the dispute within 15 business days to arbitration (including any appeal against the arbitrator’s decision) under AFSA’s latest rules for expedited arbitrations. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9.2 | CPA dispute resolution: Despite 8.2, any party may use other dispute resolution channels provided for by the CPA or other law. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9.3 | Severability: This clause is separate and divisible from the rest of this agreement and stays effective even if this agreement ends or is invalid. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10. | General Rules: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10.1 | No liability: By taking part in this competition, you agree that you will not hold the promoter liable for any losses, harm, damages, injury, claims, or actions related to this competition. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10.2 | Force majeure: No party will be responsible for any breach of this agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10.3 | Changing the rules: These rules, including the duration of the competition, can only be reasonably changed (or superseded) by the promoter in a written revision to these rules posted on the competition website or any other potential official competition communication methods we use to reach most potential participants. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10.4 | Tax: Income or other taxes relating to the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. |

| 10.5 | Governing laws: South African laws govern this competition. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 10.6 | Processing of personal information: You as a participant understand and agree that to offer the competition, we must collect and process personal information about you. By entering this competition, you consent to the processing of your personal information and your personal information is in line with our privacy policy. |

| 10.7 | Termination of the competition: If we need to, because of legislative or regulatory reasons, we may terminate the competition immediately and without notice. If this happens you will not have any claim against us, because of this. |

| 10.8 | Maintenance of personal information: We are fully compliant with the POPAI act. Please note that we do not store any credit card or other payment information on our system. |
