sBucks — How it works
sBucks is our customer rewards program for online purchases. Read the details below or use the quick calculator on the right.
sBucks is a loyalty program offered by West Rand Sublimation Supplies, rewarding customers for purchasing on our online platform.
- 10 sBucks is equivalent to R1.
- sBucks are awarded once your online order has been marked Completed.
- When awarded, you will receive a WhatsApp with your current sBucks balance.
You earn sBucks equal to 5% of your purchase total plus a 5% BONUS if you pay by EFT.
Example: For an oline purchase of R1,500.00 paid via EFT, you will be rewarded with 150 sBucks.
The more you buy online, the more sBucks you accumulate.
When your sBucks balance reaces 1000 or more, you become eligible to redeem an amount of your choice in sBucks towards a coupon of your preference.
You can redeem the coupon toward:
- Courier costs for your next online order
- Custom Catalogue or a Catalogue update
- Any one of our Training sessions
Note: Coupon codes are automatically sent by WhatsApp once. Please store your code somewhere safe.
No. sBucks never expire. You can continue to accumulate sBucks until you have enough to be eligible to redeem for a coupon, which you can then apply as described above.
Yes. Each coupon is valid for 1 month from the date of issue. Once a coupon expires, the coupon value is forfeited. This is an automated process and cannot be reversed.
No. sBucks are linked to the email address used at checkout and cannot be transferred to another user.
No. Coupons are also locked to the email address used during checkout and cannot be transferred. The coupon can only be redeemed by the user who is logged in with the same email address that was used when the coupon was generated.
- sBucks earned on a refunded/cancelled order will be subtracted from your balance.
- If a coupon was already issued based on those sBucks, the coupon will be cancelled.
- If a coupon was already redeemed, your sBucks account will be debited by the coupon amount and may become negative.
Some items do not qualify for coupon usage. Please review the T&Cs of the promotional coupon for details about eligible items.
Yes, but only selected online orders that has been paid and completed by 24 October 2025. Any online orders after this date will automatically qualify for sBucks.
