So, how do I redeem my Affinity code after I purchased it from West Rand Sublimation Supplies?
Start by opening a browser window and type in the following web address:
https://store.serif.com/en-gb/redeem/
Then press ENTER to go to the address.
After the page has loaded, enter your code exactly as it appears on the sticker with our spaces.
Once you entered the code, click on the: Redeem Voucher, button.
If successful, you will be redirected to the online store to create your account and complete the purchase.
If you do not already have an Affinity account, enter your email address in the space provided.
Press the: add my email, button to continue.
Enter your First Name and Last Name
Select South Africa as your country, and enter your new password.
Select if you want to receive future communications
Read the terms and conditions and select that you agree to it.
The, click on the, Create account, button to continue.
Click on the, Get My Download Link, button to continue.
You will be directed to a page to resend your verification email if you have not received it as yet.
Go to your email program and open your email sent by the Affinity Team.
Click on the, Verify Email Address, button to complete email verification.
You will be directed to the download page where you can download your affinity installer software.
Click on the E X E link to download the installer program.
Once the installer program has downloaded, double click on the file to begin the installation.
Follow the installation procedure to complete the installation process.
Once installation has been completed, you can run the Affinity software and start designing.
