• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Overview

West Rand Sublimation Supplies is seeking a young, energetic individual in good health to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. You will be responsible for checking and packing orders with precision and speed, ensuring our customers receive the correct items in perfect condition. This role requires a good memory, strong attention to detail, and an ability to follow instructions accurately. You will be standing and walking for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Important Note: Candidates must not be employed within the Sublimation industry while working at West Rand Sublimation Supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Checking & Verification: Accurately read and confirm order details to ensure each package is complete and correct.

• Picking & Packing: Retrieve items from inventory based on order slips, carefully pack them in the correct packaging, and label them properly.

• Quality Control: Inspect products for any damages or discrepancies before packaging and shipping.

• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any shortages.

• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Physical Stamina & Good Health: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and handle various package weights (within a safe limit).

• Good Memory & Detail-Oriented: Capable of recalling product locations and paying close attention to order specifics.

• Follows Instructions: Executes tasks according to standard procedures and supervisor guidance.

• Energy & Drive: Maintains a positive attitude and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Not Employed in Sublimation Industry: Must not be working in a similar business concurrently.

• Team Player: Works well with colleagues and remains open to constructive feedback and collaboration.
