It is a flat, fully sublimatable surface waiting for whatever the project demands. Press a design first and then cut it into a custom silhouette on a laser cutter. Use it as the base layer for a layered multi-material art piece. Cut it down into smaller custom panels for a bespoke product line that does not exist anywhere else in the catalogue. Press Settings for the A3 MDF Sheet

Always remove the plastic film from the A3 MDF sheet before pressing. Press at 200°C for 60 seconds on a flat heat press with firm, even pressure. Note that the A3 sheet exceeds a standard 38x38cm flat press platen. A larger press or two-pass pressing may be required to cover the full print area. Use a protective sheet between the platen and the coated surface. Allow the sheet to cool fully before cutting, mounting, or further handling.
