Press Settings for the MDF Magnet Name Badge

Always remove the plastic film from the MDF name badge before pressing. Press at 200°C for 60 seconds on a flat heat press with firm, even pressure. Use a protective sheet between the platen and the coated surface. Allow each badge to cool fully before attaching the magnetic backing if not pre-fitted, and before handling or packaging.
