Meet the everyday bottle that actually prints clean. Aqua Plus is a 650 ml single-wall stainless steel bottle coated with a premium polymer layer for sharp, durable sublimation transfers. It’s light, tough, and made for full-wrap artwork or bold spot logos without the peeling and cracking you get from stickers or vinyl. Single-wall means it’s compact and easy to carry; it also means it isn’t insulated, so manage customer expectations accordingly.
Why makers choose it
True sublimation surface: Uniform polymer coating for vivid colour, crisp detail, and smooth gradients.
Reliable results: Even heat acceptance across the straight body makes wrapping and alignment simpler.
Production-friendly: Works in a tumbler/mug press or convection oven with shrink sleeves.
Sellable finish: Scratch-resistant print when pressed correctly; won’t lift like transfers.
Versatile blank: Great for teams, schools, events, corporate gifting, and personalised retail.

Sublimation guide (baseline settings)
Settings vary by press, paper, ink, and ambient conditions. Always run one test per batch and record your winning settings.
Artwork prep:
Design at 300 dpi. Add 3–5 mm bleed past the seam and top/bottom edges.
Mirror the artwork before printing.
Taping & wrap:
Remove the lid and any silicone/rubber parts before heating.
Wrap the print tight with heat tape. Use a shrink sleeve for full-wrap designs.
Convection oven + shrink sleeve (full wrap):
180–200 °C for 5–7 minutes. Rotate halfway if your oven has hot spots.
Cool briefly, then remove sleeve and paper while warm to avoid ghosting.
Tumbler/mug press (straight-wall heater):
180–190 °C, firm pressure, 60–90 seconds; rotate 180° and press 60–90 seconds again.
If you see pale edges, increase pressure slightly or add 10–20 seconds per side.
Pro tips:
Pre-warm the bottle 10–15 seconds to drive off surface moisture and reduce moisture-blush.
Use clean, lint-free gloves when handling coated surfaces.
Let the bottle cool on a soft surface to prevent flat spots or shine marks.
What to tell your customers (manage expectations)
This is a single-wall bottle: it’s lightweight and compact, but not insulated. Cold drinks may sweat in humid conditions.
Avoid dropping or harsh abrasives. Hand-wash with mild detergent to maximise print life.
Strong solvents, scouring pads, and dishwashers can dull the coating over time.

Quality checklist before shipping
Inspect for uniform coating and dust nibs before printing.
Verify seam alignment and colour density on a test press.
Check for clean edges at lip and base; no ghosting, no banding.
If you need this blank in bulk, standardise your press notes on a sample run and reuse those exact settings across the batch for consistent colour and throughput.
