Why 120 Pieces at A4 Is the Most Rewarding Puzzle in the Entire Catalogue
The A5 80 piece cardboard puzzle is the highest piece count in the A5 format. The round cardboard puzzle removes straight edges for an added challenge. The A4 120 piece cardboard puzzle combines a larger format with the highest piece count in the entire range. At 120 pieces on an A4 surface, each individual piece is small. The image reveals itself slowly, section by section, with no easy shortcut to completion. That gradual reveal is precisely what makes a high piece count puzzle satisfying rather than frustrating for an experienced solver. The A4 format is also large enough that the completed puzzle is worth framing or displaying as a finished artwork rather than simply reassembling for packaging. For crafters producing personalised puzzle gifts for adult recipients who take puzzling seriously, the 120 piece A4 is the blank that delivers the most credible and rewarding puzzle experience available in the range.
Press Settings for the A4 120 Piece Cardboard Puzzle
This blank requires a two-stage press process. First, reassemble all 120 pieces flat and preheat at 120°C for 400 seconds with no transfer paper. Remove from the press and allow to cool fully. Then apply the transfer paper and press again at 175°C for 120 seconds with firm, even pressure. Allow to cool fully before separating the pieces and packaging. Do not skip the preheat stage as this prepares the cardboard surface for an even print.
