Round Cardboard Puzzle: Sublimation Blank Pack of 10 for Challenging Personalised Gifts
Offer a puzzle with genuine extra challenge with our round cardboard puzzle sublimation blank. This circular cardboard puzzle has a fully sublimatable surface for vibrant, full colour personalised prints. The round format removes every straight edge from the puzzle. Without the border reference that a rectangular puzzle provides, each piece becomes more ambiguous and the solve more satisfying. Reassemble all pieces flat, press the design, and then separate and package the pieces for gifting. Sold as a pack of 10. This blank requires a two-stage press process. Why the Round Format Makes This Puzzle More Challenging and More Display-Worthy Than a Rectangle
A rectangular puzzle gives the solver a critical reference: the four straight edges. Finding the corner pieces is the first step for most solvers, and the straight border pieces provide a reliable framework to build inward from. The round cardboard puzzle removes that reference entirely. Every piece has curved or interlocking edges only. There are no corners and no straight sides to anchor the assembly. That absence makes the solve noticeably harder and more engrossing for experienced puzzle enthusiasts who find standard rectangular puzzles too formulaic. The completed round puzzle is also more visually interesting as a finished object. A completed rectangular puzzle looks like a photograph. A completed round cardboard puzzle looks like a deliberate display piece — a circular artwork rather than a standard photo format. For crafters producing personalised gift puzzles, stocking the round alongside the rectangular cardboard version covers both the accessibility end and the challenge end of the market.
Press Settings for the Round Cardboard Puzzle
This blank requires a two-stage press process. First, reassemble all pieces flat and preheat at 120°C for 400 seconds with no transfer paper. Remove from the press and allow to cool fully. Then apply the transfer paper and press again at 175°C for 120 seconds with firm, even pressure. Allow to cool fully before separating the pieces and packaging. Do not skip the preheat stage as this prepares the cardboard surface for an even print.
