Remove the aluminium insert from the stainless steel frame before pressing. Always remove the plastic film from the insert before pressing. Press the insert at 200°C for 40 seconds on a flat heat press with firm, even pressure. Allow the insert to cool fully before reassembling into the frame. Do not press the stainless steel frame through the heat press.
