The sublimation products that we sell has been carefully selected to be of the highest quality and endurance. Â All our products has been coated with a high quality polymer coating that produces vibrant colours and does not wear off under normal use and circumstances.

If you are struggling to get the correct colours, or if your grey colours comes out brown, please install our  ICC colour profile, and follow the steps from the video by clicking here.
Also note that our ICC colour profile only works and has been tested with the following design programs:
- Affinity Designer
- CorelDraw full version
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe PhotoShop
Please note that the shrink wrap material should not touch the blank product as in some cases it might stick to the product and damage the sublimation coating. Â To prevent this, please cover the blank product with a blank page before shrinking the shrink wrap with a heat gun.
Also ensure that your mug press pressure is medium to low (only grip the mug to ensure an even pressure onto the mug surface), otherwise the metal mugs may deform and cause misprints or the paper might be pressed into the sublimation coating and leave an indentation afterwards.
