Remove each aluminium insert from its silver frame before pressing. Press each insert individually at 200°C for 40 seconds on a flat heat press with firm, even pressure. Always remove the plastic film from each insert before pressing. Allow each insert to cool before reassembling the earring. The silver metal frame does not go through the press.
